The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Performance Management Coordinator position, Directorate of Strategic Institutional Planning, Windhoek Main Campus.

Strategy planning and implementation; responsible for supporting strategy planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Strategy Performance Management; assisting with the designing, developing and implementation of the performance management system.
Performance management and analysis; responsible for developing and maintaining the performance management policy of UNAM and communicating to all staff members.
Research and analysis of performances data; assisting the institutional researcher to carry out surveys pertaining to strategic objective performance.
Report writing; assisting in the compilation of reports pertaining to the performance of the UNAM strategy.
Perform administrative duties; serving on committees and performing any other related duties as and when required.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative/numerical field such as Economics/Business Management or Administration/ Information Technology or other related field. A Post graduate qualification in Business management or administration / Economics/ Strategy/ Monitoring and Evaluation will be added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business processes administration and experience of at least 3 years in supporting institutional strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Experience in designing, developing and implementing (rolling out) a Performance Management System will be an advantage.
